What is your policy for exchanges & returns?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Online, we offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy — on the condition that the tags attached to the garments are not removed or tampered with in any way.
In-store policies are different — we offer a 14 day exchange window for all products purchased in person.
When will I get my order?
Within the UK, we aim to dispatch by the end of the next working day, with complimentary next day delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. If you require your order urgently and within a certain time frame, please get in touch via Instagram (@ananya.pret) to give us a heads up.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally in Birmingham, UK and in our partner studios in Mumbai, India. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure all of our pieces are of the highest quality. Each of our pieces is carefully hand made by one artisan from start to finish, with no production lines where little details get missed.
