Shipping

Within the UK, we aim to dispatch by the end of the next working day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. If you require your order urgently and within a certain time frame, please get in touch via Instagram (@ananya.pret) to give us a heads up.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. 

Online, we offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy — on the condition that the tags attached to the garments are not removed or tampered with in any way.
